Since then, the Vatican, under the auspices of the Congregation of the Doctrine of the faith, in an unprecedented move, has taken the power out of the hands of the local bishops in Medjugorje to make any pronouncements about Medjugorje, and the Vatican investigation is under way.
This documentary is a snippet of the story of the approximately 25,000 pilgrimas from Northern Ireland who flock to the shrine of Medjugorje every year.
